Window-snapping sound
I have been hearing a weird snapping sound whenever I roll up or roll down my windows. My friend heard the same thing on his car a while back and a few weeks later his window regulators broke and had to replace them. I was just wondering if this could be what is going to happen to mine and if so how pricey are the regulators with instillation?

Yeah that noise can't be good. I don't know much of that certain problem. But assumingly if you don't fix it soon it will probably crap out becoming perhaps an even more expensive repair that it should be.
I googled bmw window regulator, and a couple of sites atated a price of $50 something dollars for a new regulator.
